We have contracted Martyn Cook of Solutions Online as our computer consultant for 6+ years. We have had many melt downs viruses computer lock ups and some potential serious losses of data. Martyn has always come through with the goods and fixed our problems at times when we thought everything was lost.
We have also had Martyn design two web sites for us. They have been very successful and very professional. The sights are very easy to administer and look the part. Martyn is always available to give us advice and sort out any problems we cant fix ourselves.We are working at moving our third web site which we are removing from an other company and giving to Martyn.

We are extremely pleased with the way our website and the development occurred. Martyn took time to understand our business and what would be required. He listened and researched the market to formulate a very professional image for us to use on the internet.
Every step has been covered, and he was able to make suggestions that we implemented along the way. Martyn is very approachable and understanding which allows us to have two way communication, which often doesn’t happen.
He is very professional in his approach, but is still able to discuss the concept and production at a very basic level, which is helpful when we as the client don’t have the knowledge or understanding.
